Sundays at 3 pm from the Depot (updated 10/16/2009)
Join members of the Oxford Cycling Club for a casual, conversational ride around Oxford. We will ride for up to an hour on the new bike paths and quiet streets on campus and in town. Riders of all skill levels are welcome. If high gas prices are getting to you, these Sunday afternoon rides are a good opportunity to get some bike commuting tips and practice road skills. If you have questions or minor mechanical issues get there a little early.
Members of the Oxford Cycling Club will be on hand to help
familiarize everyone with the rules of riding on the road. Riders of
all skill levels are welcome. A quick mechanical checklist and some road safety tips are on the resources page. Come out for a ride and share your ideas for making Oxford a safer, more enjoyable place to ride a bike.
